We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming, accommodating, and provided exceptional service. The hotel facilities, especially the wellness area, were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.

Enjoyed the spa treatments and chocolate strawberries in our room. the wine served with dinner was delicious. Location was great, surrounded by the beautiful mountains.
The staff were often unhelpful and uninterested.

The hotel is situated close to Bolzano, making it an ideal location for exploring the area. the hotel’s restaurant staff were accommodating and helpful in finding guests alternative venues to dine at. They placed customers at nice locations despite fully booked times. the hotel offers a great breakfast and has friendly staff.
The route to reach the hotel is challenging, as navigating the village area is not easy for first-time visitors.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre provided an excellent full body massage, which left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool boasted a beautiful sun terrace and sun loungers, where I could soak up the sun in style. the hotel's manicure service provided superior results, making me feel pampered and spoiled.
Although this hotel was fantastic, the location was the only minor issue. It was difficult to find a clear way through the village, which made it slightly inconvenient.
